A startup file that is compiled into an executable can based upon a command file, an external form file, or application file. Evaluation versions of the program can be created as well.

A customized load window can to be displayed while application is launching. Options include a multi-line message, background color and font settings, width and height dimensions, and an animation.

Database resources can be added to your compiled executable project. Available resources include R:BASE external form files forms, reports, and labels.

A preview is available to experiment with different load windows.

In order to customize the look of the compiled executable, the ability to specify your own icon is available.

ExeIcon

R:Compiler permits the ability to specify program version information based upon the current R:Compiler project. The entered criteria is displayed when viewing the properties for the compiled executable.
