Make sure to log into the computer as the Administrator when installing R:BASE. Otherwise, you will not be able to install the software properly.
Run the installer ".exe", provided by download, while physically sitting at the workstation to begin the installation process.
The installation of R:BASE 11 is fully automated, and does not require user intervention for the initial configuration.
