Return the variance for a list of values.
Remarks:
•LVARIANCE supports CURRENCY, DECIMAL, DOUBLE, FLOAT, REAL, NUMERIC, or INTEGER data type.
•The LVARIANCE performs calculations in the same fashion as the COMPUTE command.
