The last step allows for the table name and comment/description to be altered/defined.
If several different templates were used in the initial step, the provided name may not match the intended table name. Options are available to immediately add data, open the Data Designer for advanced definitions, create a form, or create a report. The form creation will launch the Form Wizard, and the report creation will launch the Report Wizard.
