A primary key can be optionally defined for the new table.
If the "Create a Primary Key" check box is enabled, the primary key can be defined one of several ways; a single field (new or existing field), with or without an auto incrementing value, or based upon a combination of multiple fields. If multiple fields are being used for a primary key, the fields may be reordered once defined.
