The Watch Variable tool allows users to monitor variables as commands are processed in R:BASE in order to provide debugging information. The variables will refresh after the command processing includes a SET VARIABLE command, or after issuing the PROCESSMESSAGE command is issued to process messages that are currently in the windows message queue.
